Thursday January 20, 2022. At 12:51 PM, Crews from Kimberton Fire and West End Ambulance were alerted for an accident on Route 113 & East Seven Stars Road in East Pikeland Township. Chief 61 was the first to arrive and assumed command of the incident. He found the one injured driver already removed from her car by passersby. A 2nd ambulance was then requested. The Rescue crew and ambulance crew began treating the injured driver and packaging her for transport to the trauma center. Additional firefighters checked the other car and began cleanup of the debris from the roadway. Fire Police directed traffic around the accident scene to avoid having to close the roadway.
