Monday October 2, 2023. This call for a pick-up truck on fire came in at 5:24 PM for the 600 block of Schuylkill Road in East Pikeland Township. The Rescue-Engine at the substation quickly zipped up the street and had the fire knocked down in a minute or two. Firefighters remained on the scene for about 30 minutes.
